What is the warranty period on NE Water Softener products?
All our primary softening units come with a 5-year parts warranty and a 2-year labor warranty. Consumables like salt blocks are excluded from this coverage.
Can I return a system if it has already been installed?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. However, once a system has been plumbed in and used, it can only be returned if a technical fault is verified by our support team.
