Returns & Exchanges
At NE Water Softeners, we want you to enjoy pure, soft water in your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, uninstalled condition and include all factory packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the water softener or filtration system in its original box, ensuring all valves, fittings, and manuals are included.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and attach the prepaid or standard shipping label to the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage or signs of installation, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
